Compressors Unlimited Intl., L.L.C.’s replacement semi-hermetic, hermetic, open drive and screw and scroll
are sold only on the basis of this limited warranty, are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery to the buyer and will be repaired or replaced if they are found to be defective on our inspection. Optional extended warranty coverage is available. This limited warranty will be void if either: (a) the compressor is not delivered at buyer’s expense to our facility for our inspection; (b) our inspection discloses failure due to moisture, acid, liquid slugging, faulty or improper installation or electrical equipment, or improper operation including, without limitation, operating without oil; or (c) a motor/compressor failure caused by running the compressor in a single phase condition. Additionally, warranty coverage will not be available on any accounts which are not in good standing.
This limited warranty does not cover or extend to: (a) any parts, labor or materials not furnished by Compressors Unlimited Intl, L.L.C.; (b) accessories, motors, condensers or starting switches; or (c) loss of refrigerant or oil.
THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. THE BUYER’S REMEDY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH ABOVE. ALL OTHER REMEDIES ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
